Catholic Men Organization of Nigeria (C.M.O)

Slogan: C.M.O! Christ is our leader!

Patron saint: St. Joseph

Meeting day: 1st  Sunday of the month after 6.30am Mass

Configuration: The CMO is the umbrella organization of all the men from 25 years.

Aim: Under this umbrella, men of the Church work to promote the social and the spiritual wellbeing of all the men in the church.
This body does well to contribute to the growth of the church in every way possible.

Benefit: All registered members have access to quick assistance in times of need, and are educated on the need to live responsible family life.
Together we can promote the dignity of men through our service to God and humanity.

Catholic Women Organization of Nigeria (C.W.O)

Slogan: Through Mary our mother… We succeed!
Patron saint: Our Mother of Good Counsel.
Meetings day: 1st Sunday of every month after 6.30am Mass
Configuration: An umbrella for all married and unmarried women from 18 years.
Aim: To affirm the place of women in the Church’s life and promote women involvement in the work of evangelization through family prayers, recitations of rosary, spiritual reading of the Bible & active participation in the sacramental life of the Church.
Benefit: CWON ensures the empowerment and spiritual enrichment of her members.

Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria (CYON)

Motto: Let your light shine
Slogan: For God and for Youth… Through Christ!
Patron saint: St Charles Lwanga
Meeting Day: 1st Sunday of every month after 6.30am Mass.
Configuration: An umbrella organization for all Catholic young people, within the age bracket of 15-35 years of age.
Aim: Affirms the place of youths in the Church’s life and
promotes youth involvement in the work of evangelization. The body focuses on human development, youth empowerment, social communication, catechizing of the members, all aimed at bringing out the best in every youth for the good of Church and society.
Benefits: To grow spiritually, socially and career wise. Associate with young vibrant youths of good like-mind to inspire growth and development in you. Obtain divine grace through service to
God in humanity.

Missionary Childhood Association (M.C.A)

Slogan: With children all over the world… We are always friends.

Motto: Children helping children.

Regular Meeting Day: Every Sunday after
children mass (7:00am Mass)
General Meeting Day: Every last Sunday of the month after
Children’s mass.
Configuration: Umbrella for children between the ages of 3 to
16.
Aims: (i) to care for other children all over the world (the less
privileged once) (ii) To train children in order to become good
leaders of tomorrow (iii) To train children to be prayerful (iv) To
train children on how to behave at home and outside their home
(respectful and hardworking).
Benefit: (i) To take full part in the children’s activities in the
church (ii) to support members when in need of prayer or other
forms of assistance.
